Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Horton's Books & Gifts. The terms and conditions for our shipping policy are as follows:

Store Pickup

You can save on shipping by choosing store pickup during checkout. After placing an order for store pickup, items that are in store will be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up or you can call the store to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery delays can occasionally occur and shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Media Mail has longer delivery time and is not insured.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you choose to have the books shipped as they become available, the total shipping charge is likely to be higher than what is calculated during checkout.

International Shipping

If you need to ship internationally, please contact the store for more information as your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. Horton's Books & Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You can login to the website at any time to check the status of the order and the tracking number.
